1) Heat pan with oil and butter
2) Sautee onion, pepper, saltfish
and herring for 2-3 minutes.
3) Add shredded cabbage and carrots
an allow to cook for 5-8 minutes.
4) Stir well and season with black
5) Remove from flame when
vegetables are soft.
6) Remove from flame and rest for 2-3
