  1. Copyright and Trademark Responsibility. Jamaican Cooking 101 is copyrighted and owned by the Cole Family. Our content is original and maybe reproduced as you see it fit. You must however seek permission to use our trademark in any form of advertisements, movie clips or other forms of still images or motion pictures. This permission must be written and sent to (****) . If you have been granted permission to use our trademark likewise, by accepting our agreement and using our services, you agree and represent that you will use our trademark according to the terms and conditions. This permission may be rescinded once there is a violation of the terms and conditions. Permission maybe renegotiated after a onetime, quarterly or annual basis and are subjected to changes.
