1) Heat pan and vegetable oil.
2) Add marinated chicken and stir.
3) Cover and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
4) Add carrots and stir.
5) Pour in water/stock and allow to cook for another 5 minutes.
6) Dissolve corn starch and add to pot.
7) Stir in hot pepper and allow to cook for another 5
8) Remove from flame and rest for 3 minutes before
